Welcome to the website of Stone Knight Productions LLC (“SKP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, entering our competitions, or buying our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility and accounts:

1. You must be at least 13 to use this website, and at least 18 to buy membership or enter a competition.
2. If you create an account, you agree to give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Using our website:

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or redistribute site content without our written permission;
• interfere with the site’s security or operation, or try to access accounts or systems that are not yours; or
• submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Competitions:

Participation in an SKP competition is subject to the Official Competition Rules and any additional requirements displayed for that competition.

If there is a conflict between these general Terms of Service and competition-specific rules concerning participation in a competition, the applicable competition rules should govern that competition to the extent of the conflict.

Screenplays and Creative Submissions:

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit any screenplay, story, synopsis, photograph, video, or other material provided to Stone Knight Productions. Submitting material to SKP does not, by itself, transfer ownership of your creative work to Stone Knight Productions.

Any additional rights granted to SKP will be governed by the applicable submission terms, Official Competition Rules, or a separate written agreement.

Purchases, memberships, and refunds:

1. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Stone Knight Productions does not store your full payment card details.

2. Memberships are offered in monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and yearly plans. The price, membership duration, and any applicable automatic renewal terms will be displayed at checkout. Memberships configured for automatic renewal will continue billing at the stated interval until canceled.

3. Members may cancel their memberships at any time through their SKP website account. For memberships with automatic renewal, cancellation stops future renewal charges. Membership access will remain available until the end of the current paid membership period.
4. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated in the applicable membership terms. Competition entry fees are refundable if a contestant withdraws their screenplay before the official submission deadline. Approved withdrawal refunds will be issued within seven (7) business days. If SKP cancels a competition, all entry fees for that competition will be refunded. Entries disqualified for violating the Official Competition Rules are not eligible for refunds.
5. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing membership prices.

Your submissions:

You keep ownership of the screenplays and other materials you submit. Competition entries are governed by the Official Competition Rules, which are part of these Terms.

We do not accept unsolicited screenplays or story ideas outside our competitions and services. If you send one anyway, we have no obligation to keep it confidential or to review, return, or pay for it.

Feedback Services:

SKP may provide paid or complimentary feedback, evaluation, or consultation services for creative works. Feedback represents an evaluation or opinion regarding submitted material and does not guarantee that a screenplay or story will be sold, produced, financed, selected for a competition, or otherwise achieve a particular result.

Our content:

All content on this website, including films, videos, scripts, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Stone Knight Productions, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our written permission.

Links to other websites:

Our website may link to other sites and services, such as social media and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

Disclaimer:

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any entry will win or lead to production.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnification:

You agree to cover SKP’s losses and reasonable legal costs from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your submitted content.

Termination:

We may suspend or end your access to our services if you violate these Terms. The sections on submissions, our content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law continue to apply after termination.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

Changes to these Terms:

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page with a new effective date and notify members by email of significant changes. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
